Millesimati
Satèn
Satèn is the most delicate and elegant of the Franciacorta, made only in the best years from 100% chardonnay grapes from higher altitude vineyards. The selection of the bunches is meticulous, to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. Once assembled, the cuvée spends 4 more years in the cellar. The rich foam, the extremely fine pérlage and the straw yellow color announce seductive and suave aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruit and noisette. The flavors follow in the same wake, with a smooth, creamy texture and a perfect balance between ripe nuances and fresh sensations.

Rosé
Gracefulness and assertiveness, gentleness and power, combine in this delicious and rare cuvée, made from approximately 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot nero. As always, the choice of the base wines is decisive, and that explains why the final assembly is made choosing from 30 vintage selections, some of which have matured in small white oak casks. Cellaring lasts 4 years or more after the harvest. The juvenile light pink hues can evolve into precious dusty colors with bottle-ageing, and are surrounded by a shining white foam and a thick, pesistent pérlage.
The aromatic dances are opened by cherry blossoms and hibiscus flowers, followed and amplified by hints of pomegranate and small red berries. The sip is fleshy, dry, fresh but not harsh, capable of harmonious and seductive vibrations.

PAS OPERé
An idea that rises up to the heavens. This cuvée symbolizes purity, energy, freshness and change, like clouds scudding across the sky. Pas Operé, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot nero, is the fruit of a rigorous selection in the vineyard, and only comes from plots over 30 years of age, mostly facing south-east. A choice of a full 40 vintage wines aims at defining an essential expression: refined, elegant and uncompromising. It should be noticed that 50% of the must ferments in small white oak barrels, while the overall time spent in the cellar is not less than 6 years. Clearly, a cuvée designed to last long and evolve over time, as immediately expressive as it is long-lived. An exhuberant white mousse is accompanied by a pérlage of unrivalled persistence and finesse, while the aromas are complex from the very beginning, albeit essential. Flowing over the palate it reveals itself to be an embracing, elegant and refined wine, with nuances of golden apple and chamomile, honey and vanilla, aniseed and Mediterranean shrub berries. The lively silky texture is supported by an underlying acidity in an incomparable progression.
