Franciacorta Cuvée Brut
Of all the Bellavista wines, the Cuvée Brut is that which best represents the area of Franciacorta. Its balance lies in the combination of at least thirty selections. The addition of aged wines gives constancy to the taste of Casa Bellavista. The grapes are 80% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero.
Franciacorta Gran Cuvée Brut
This vintage Franciacorta Gran Cuvée stands out from traditional Bruts due to the quality of the raw materials, and the fact that over a quarter of the wines that make it up are aged for seven months in small oak casks. The grapes used are 72% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Nero.
Franciacorta Gran Cuvée Pas Operé
This vintage Franciacorta Gran Cuvée, which is classic and masculine, comes from selections from upper slope vineyards, facing south or south-east with an average age of 20 years. It is then aged for five years in the cellar. It comes from Chardonnay (65%) and Pinot Nero (35%) grapes.
Franciacorta Gran Cuvée Rosé Brut
This vintage Franciacorta Grand Cuvée owes its delicate, constant colour to the submerged-cap maceration of the skins. It is produced in a limited quantity, combining at least ten selections, some of which are fermented in barrels. It is obtained from Pinot Nero (55%) and Chardonnay (45%) grapes.
Franciacorta Gran Cuvée Satèn Brut
This Franciacorta Gran Cuvée is produced in limited quantities using small barrel technology: small barrels are the only kind able to enhance and interpret the elegant femininity of Chardonnays. Indeed, the grapes used are 100% Chardonnay from one vintage only, from the most favourably located vineyards in the Erbusco district.
Franciacorta Vittorio Moretti
Clear, lively, luminous color with green and gold reflections.Abundant perlage and foam in pearl filaments, small bubbles slowly rising and crowning the glass with a thick, almost creamy, persistent texture. The bouquet is elegant, ample, appealing and intense, jumping out of the glass, reminiscent of ripe white fruit, peaches, honey and citrus flowers.
Curtefranca Vigna Convento SS. Annunciata
On mount Orfano among vineyards, the surviving age-old olive trees and small oak copses, the Convento dell'Annunciato has been a spiritual place since 1449. The friars at the monastery have always produced excellent wine. Bellavista has been chosen to continue that ancient tradition in this unique, inimitable vineyard.
Curtefranca Vigna Uccellanda
This cru is produced only using selected Chardonnay grapes. It ferments and is then aged for 12 months in 228-litre pièces. It ends its evolution in stainless steel containers, and is aged for another 6 months in the bottle.
Curtefranca Bianco
This Terre di Franciacorta DOC comes from south- facing vineyards on middle and upper slopes, with a dense planting-pattern. The only grapes used are Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco.
BRANDY - DISTILLATO DI VINO
This wine distillate is the result of a skilful blend of distilled wines from various selections from the Franciacorta area. It has an elegant, distinctive bouquet that comes from many years of patient ageing in small oak barrels (Limousine).
