is a point of excellence for our understanding of Franciacorta.
It is the ultimate expression of a project whose objective has been the search for the pure essence of harmony since 1977. Today it symbolises a tradition that strives to represent, in terms of quality and type, the most mysterious soul of the land of Franciacorta, and the wine-making style of Bellavista.
Bellavista Curterfranca Convent of SS. Annunciata Vineyard
Located on Monte Orfano, the Convent of SS. Annunciata, built in 1449, is a place for the spirit, and the friars of the Convent have chosen Bellavista to revitalise a unique and inimitable 5.45-hectare vineyard that dates back to the 11th century.
Above and below a tree that divides the vineyard into two parts, we have identified two different yet complementary soils. Harvested and matured separately, these two plots produce a little still cuvée which combines the typical freshness of northern regions with the intense aromas of the Mediterranean.
Bouquet: broad and inviting ripe fruit, antique rose, geranium, apricot and pineapple. Strong and surprising mineral sensation.
Elegant and soothing hints of vanilla. Excellent balance and fresh taste that is fully perceived in its long persistence and tanginess.
